Postpartum Doula Package Details

• Minimum package- 9 hours, with a 3 hour minimum per visit.

  • Day $37/hour: (6am-5pm) $333

  • Night $44/hour: (6pm-12am) $396

  • Overnight: Please contact me.

• Discounts offered for packages over 18 hours: $4/hour less.

  • i.e. 19+ hour package (day): $33/hour

  • i.e. 19+ hour package (night): $40/hour

• Kansas City Metro area

  • Virtual available for remote clients- 1 hour minimum $44/hour

    • Drop in option offered, subject to availability.

All payments due prior to service.

In person Postpartum Doula Includes:

• Breastfeeding support

• Mental health check-ins

• Discuss boundaries

• Assist with adjustment of having new baby

• Encourage fresh air (walks with or without baby)

• Encourage time with partner/family/friends

• Light house work includes:

  • washing/loading/unloading dishwasher

  • Prepare nourishments

  • Wash and dry clothing

• Create space for mother to rest

• Provide resources to optimize a healthy mom and baby

Virtual Postpartum support: $44/hour

• Process birth with mother and family

• Breastfeeding instruction/ assistance

• Answer questions/provide resources

• Discuss nutrition and ways to optimize

• Hold space for family during transition of having a new addition
