I strive to encourage birthing people to prioritize seeing the beauty in the progression of labor as purposeful and productive that brings one closer to meeting their little one. I’m passionate about informing, educating, and assisting not only the mothers but the families and surrounding communities in a baby’s life.

You’ll find me gently reminding you of the acknowledgment of self, awareness of your power, awareness of your womb power, and strengthen your belief in yourself. This is the beginning of or reentry into motherhood. By using intentional language, acceptance of challenges, calm and mindful physicality, I will support you as you welcome your new baby Earthside.
