Pure Doula Package: $1500

• 3 in-person prenatal visits (2 hours each)

  • Establishing relationship, stress relief techniques, comfort measures

  • Nutrition guidance, what to expect, breastfeeding techniques, self-advocacy

  • Planning for postpartum and what to expect

• 24 hour on-call support from week 38-42 gestation

• Attendance during active labor and birth and 1-2 hours postpartum

• Continuous phone/email support during business hours from time of hire to two weeks PP

• Identifying birth philosophy and creating birthing preferences plan

  • Discussing interventions

  • Atmosphere enhancements (lighting, sound, aromatherapy, boundaries, etc.)

  • Immediate after birth choices

  • Any/all unique comfort desires

  • Printed visual birth preferences plan- customized

• Affirming personalized care as I work directly for you and your family (no agenda)

• 2 in-person postpartum visits (2-3 hours each)

  • Processing of birth, breastfeeding support, light household work

  • Mental health check-ins, holding space during this transition
